G'day guys and gals,

Dan's my name, I live in sunny Brisbane, Australia. Only been smoking meats for about two years now. 

Still got the $50 gumtree (this is like a free ebay for non aussies) Weber cos I'm just not seeing the value vs difference with Yoders, Kamado Joes etc.

Mostly low n slow smoke Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Tomahawks (Reverse Sear) and the odd interesting snack (habanero poppers, burgers etc).

Hot n Fast Chickens and tasty wings pretty often too.

In the process of building a long wall mounted Biltong box also at the moment!

Anyways this forum looks interesting so I thought I'd sign up and do some stalking, never joined a forum I didn't learn something from so I'm gonna go browse!
