Thanks Richie. I've had it made with chicken, pork and goat(wild) when I lived in Hawaii. My neighbors were Philippino.

I would love a meal like that one!

I haven't had menudo with beef, only with pork and tripe, so I'm looking forward to the step by step for sure.
