Skirt steak cooking time?

Depends on how you like your steak done. Also depends on the temp you plan to run your pit at.

Skirt steaks are thin and don't take long.
 
I do a lot of skirt steaks. Carne asada. Use an offset kettle drum with maybe 10-12 coals. Smoke for about 45min to an hour, then sear them over high heat. Doesn't take long as they're basically halfway cooked already. Makes the most awesome tacos you can imagine.
