Mix up some of Jeff's rub minus the salt. Open a bag of ripple chips and sprinkle in about1/4 cup of rub.  Gently shake up the bag to distribute rub over the chips. Place chips in a perforated tin pan and place in smoker at 225° for about an hour. I have used several types of wood and they are all good. Serve fresh out of the smoker with a pulled pork sammy! I have also done a variation on this with a mix of pretzels, chips and fried cheetos. What ever you want to bbq they come out awesome.

Now that sounds really good!

Making my own BBQ chips!

I have to try that! I might use Cajun seasoning.

Thanks for sharing!
