Hello all! Just wanted to say hi and introdue myself

so my beloved baby mama bought me an MES 30 for xmas this year and so far i've made sausage links, big ol pork butt, bottom round, turkey and im currently smoking my first brisket point.

i just was watching myron for some tips and checking out this website for some great info.

everything i've needed answered so far i was able to find. you guys rock!
