Game night tonight! Several couples coming over to play games, drink adult beverages and eat appetizers.

I'm making Scarbelly wings, ABT's and a charcuterie plate.

14f snowing hard. Supposed to get 6"-12" today.

Can't wait to get outside and start smoking this afternoon!

ABT's prepped. These will go on about a hour before the guests arrive.

Yum yum...I love ABTs; make them every chance I get. Do you do anything special to yours? I've heard of guys adding smokey Joe sausages, burnt ends, mixing cooked sweet Italian or breakfast sausage with the cheese and using a variety of different cheese mixtures instead of just cream cheese, and drizzling anything from honey, maple syrup or their fav sauce on to finish? I love trying out new stuff and trying out everybody's concoctions.

Ha ha, we've got plenty of snow, just not as much as you so just hold if there for me till spring...
I've got a high here of 12° today, so it's not bitter but the wind is whipping.
I've got 5 pounds of jerky curing to go on tomorrow and your pics of the ABTs is going to force me to go shopping today...Lol...

Have fun playing in that s*** We have 2"s and I don't want any more LOL

This batch is seasoned cream cheese (chipotle, garlic, onion). I'll too with grates cheese at the end.

I do add all kinds of stuff. Pulled Pork, shrimp, smoked salmon, little smokies, burnt ends, sausage. We've made pizza ones too.

Trying to set up a smoke fest at the state wide pond hockey tournament...Usually 60-75 teams and 1000+ folks for a weekend in February...The organizers are telling me no so I joined a local team (to cook, not play) taking two smokers 4 butts a big brisket, just as many ABTs as I can put together and all the fixens...The costs all on me butI'm hoping after some good food tossed the organizers way they'll re-consider it for next year and let me set it up and promote it.

Just shovel more snow. Running out of places to put the stuff!
