Hi! After many years of wanting (needing) a smoker, I stood my wife in front of an MB 40 inch at Sam's and asked her if she could
visualise the smoked salmon coming out of it. That was the trick that turned the corner. Now what I wanted it for was BACON. Home made, better than store bought BACON. But salmon first....
I have owned a Weber Performer for 22 years and a Weber WSM for about 15 years. But gap existed for ultra low/cold smokes. The MB fills that ticket nicely.
So I have owned it for about two weeks now, and have done salmon, cheese, and bacon is in the cure for this Saturday.
Up front I owe many of you a big thanks because I have been reading and bookmarking a lot of future projects.
