I am a Rancher in Nebraska, have been smoking for years but always looking for new recipes and ideas. I use a homemade electric smoker made out of a stainless steel refrigerator 3 foot square by 6 foot high, with optional fan. I am looking for ideas to build a cold smoker. I have bacon in the smoker now, first time, look to make slim jims next and liverwurst. I have smoked turkeys, chickens, brauts, brisket, jerky, prime rib roasts, pork loins, venison and just anything that flies or walks.
