Hey everyone...new member here.  My family has been making summer sausage (among many other things) for a number of years now.  About 5 years ago we acquired a vertical chest type electric smoker (appox. 36" x 36" x 72") and it has been working OK.  The last year or two we fought some various issues that have prompted us to try and replace some of the internals.

I was hoping to just find replacement parts (element, thermo & controls, fan, pressure switch if necessary) but I cannot find any info pertaining to what it is based on the nameplate.  Most of the info is worn off but it's built by "Lincoln Manufacturing".

Is anyone familiar with what we have?  I don't have a picture of the full unit but I have the bottom box where everything was contained which include the label  I started pulling things apart before the pic was taken so I laid the Press Sw and thermo inside so you could see what they look like but they were mounted inside the box with the thermo hanging into the smoker chamber above it.

Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forum!

Sorry I can't help you with the smoker parts.

Would you swing by "Roll Call" & introduce yourself so we can all give you a welcome!

Here is the only information that I can find that may be of help.  I would contact these companies.  Send photos if you can.  If the ID Plate is stamped or embossed, possibly you can retrieve a little more data by using tracing paper and lightly shading over it with a soft pencil. I hope this helps.  One item I could not identify is adjacent to the heating element.  Fan?  heating pot for wood chips?

Good luck.

Good idea on the tracing paper/pencil idea...unfortunately the stamping is so roached that I can't get anything off of it.

Adjacent to the heating element is a fan that blows directly onto the burner.  I thought this was a little odd blowing right onto the burner?

The Wattco burners look exactly like what I'm trying to replace.  When I have some time I'll dig into them a bit more and see what I can find.

As for the temp controller...sounds like my brother has a friend that does industrial electrical work and has a ton of them.  Adding to that the fan still works great once I rigged it up.  Sounds like we just need to find a burner and we can make things work.

Thanks for the help Sarge!
