My names Brandon, I'm in Fallbrook, CA. That's about as far north in San Diego county as you go and still be in S.D. Co. The handle is pronounce Bo-Day-shusss.

I just inheritted a smoker from a fellow food lover at work (I'm in IT) and am anchious to get going with it.

Looking to smoke a pork loin for dinner tonight. Got it sittin' in the fridge wrapped up with a nice rub, getting all flavorful.

Smoker is an upright, gas, SmokyMountainSeries by Outdoor Groll Co.

Welcome to the forum!  Hope that loin comes out well.  Don't go over 145 IT or you'll risk drying it out!

Oh man it was awesome. Rub came out great, tenderloin was super juicy, with awesome somke flavor.

Thanks for the info on the 145. Almost killed it with a bad thermometer.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum from a cloudy and chilly day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of          great people with tons of information on just about everything.
