I bought a new 5# stuffer from LEM the other day, and the description said it had 1/2", 3/4" and 1" stainless horns... So I also bought a 3/8" horn for snack sticks and breakfast links.
Well, it turns out the description of the stuffer is in terms of outside diameter... So the extra 3/8" horn I bought is the same as the 1/2" that came with the stuffer. (you'd think a company would stick to either ID or OD for consistency across the product lines... But maybe that's just me?)
I don't think I'll be wearing out the stainless horns anytime soon, so I'm going to sell/trade this extra one! Looking for $12 half the shipping costs... Or else a trade for some spices or something.
