Mixed up my new favorite kielbasa recipe courtesy of Cranky Buzzard with a mix of Bear & Pork was planning on going 60/40 but it ended up at 50/50. I am going to smoke for 4 hours then into the sous vide for 90 minutes. Money shot to follow.

Nice, I would love to try that. I like the idea of the water cooler for a sous vide bath, good thinkin!

Thanks I was thinking it would insulate & help keep the temp & it has been working good.

Looks great Murray!

I found that if you put a cover over the top it really helps hold the heat in too.

Thanks Al this is how i actually did the cook. Foil & a towel cover.
