Me- middle aged guy living the dream! I've got a year old Char-Broil E-smoker. Used it a hand full of times with pretty good success. Also a much older - very used - Ducane grill I've done a little bit of everything on. Still looking to get this down by memory and am starting to keep a log. Fixing to jump in the deep end & smoke a bunch of meat over the next two days. Some pork ribs, dom-duck, young turkey breast, lamb leg roast, and some down-home sausage stuffed with cheese & bacon wrapped, and finally some jelly injected boneless skinless chicken thighs. CRAZY right! Well any pointers, experiences, or smart-A comments are totally welcome! Can't wait to experience this forum fully!
