Not new to smoking. Started on my gas grill, but my wife surprised me with a Traeger pellet smoker. I just added a Pit Barrel Cooker to my collection. Both smokers are amazing and have elevated my barbecue to a whole new level.

Looking forward to sharing ideas with everyone.
