Wrap or just in a container?

 I will be prepping my Christmas Prime rib tonight, should I wrap it in saran wrap, or is it ok to just put it in an enclosed container?

Either will be fine. Personally, I usually vac pack mine once it has been prepped.

I didn't even think of vac pac, Thanks, I think that would be easier than messing with the wrap for sure and I already have bags that will be big enough.

I use vac pack too, it seems to pull the flavor into the meat better.

I prep mine and leave it on a wire rack in the refer......

If I left mine open like that in the fridge, I would never hear the end of it. 

  I went with the vac pack, hopefully Sunday I have good pics of a great smoke to share.
