I have read and read and read so much here....thanks! I figured time to get a little more involved. I am a small farmer, we raise our own grass fed beef, poultry and pork (well the pork is not really pastured..I mean who can get fat on salad?) We also raise honey bees and drink raw dairy from our cow, we don't use nitrates or nitrates (I only died once, but I survived). If the phrase "beyond organic" means something to you then you know what we are. Anyway, being serious right now, we really do try to produce as much of our own food as we can, and we try very hard to use traditional techniques that do not require food chemists.
