Decided to join after getting good advice on controlling Big Kahuna air flow rate using an inexpensive flow control valve. Found even better on YouTube, using it and a Tubing T connector to bleed the excess air instead of deadheading the pump. I have a propane Masterbuilt box and like to cold smoke peppers and cheese. I dry the peppers and powder them. The local Datil pepper is yummy this way. I have also used AMPS, but it is inconsistent, especially during the summer months in humid Florida.
