Setup an overnight smoke on my Big Green Egg last night and the temp control fan I use ended up dying in the cold. The temp dropped steadily over about 2 hours to a temp of around 140. I've got the fan swapped with a spare and its back up in the 250s but not sure where that leaves me in terms of food safety. Here's the visual output of temperatures from the Flame Boss unit I was using.

Your just fine.

No problem.

The meat temp never went below 149.

Stay warm!

Looking Good!

Only way that can hurt you is by over-eating!!
