Greetings All,

New to Smoking Meats Forums.  Old hand at many other forums.

Recently moved to Arizona.

Had been using a cheap propane smoker that was adequate but not great.  I have to relocate frequently and it was beat up from multiple moves so I'm in the market for a smoker.  I want something better but the moves make it impractical to spend too much on something that doesn't relocate well or is heavy.

I primarily smoke Tasso (cajun pork butt), brisket, sausage, and tri tip.  Occasionally ribs.

I am sure someone on here has a good recommend for a traveler!

Lots of great people on here always willing to help!

Thanks all! Started reading last night at recommendations on pellet grills.  Deciding on whether to go with a pellet is the first decision.  Looking at a Fast Eddy PG500 to start.  Of course my last move put me from the middle of everything to the middle of nowhere but I have some options within a three hour drive.
