Hey guys, new to the forum. Started out bbq with a brinkman smoke-go. Learned quickly that the modifications were what made a brinkman. Recently bought a weber smokey mountain 18.5, (best decision ive made). Smoked ribs few times, pork shoulder, and brisket, currently smoking another butt. Like to hear advice on different things. And trying to make bbq sauce, two recipes not what the wife like, thanks again guys.
