Hello from Wisconsin!! Just joined and am hoping to learn a ton from this site. I am currently looking at getting a 22" Weber with a Slow n Sear. I really am looking for something simple that allows me to smoke and grill. From my initial research it would seem this fits my needs. Now I just need to learn the methods.

snyperx snyperx Welcome to SMF. Have you do the 5 day E-Course? it will help learn this hobby.

Also the Weber WSM is a great unit that will last a good while.
