A little about me:

Live in Bear, Delaware

I cater on the side.

Love to grill and smoke but don't do it as often as I want.. Busy life I guess.

I have a grill and a 22" Weber one touch.

I used to have an offset Brinkman and soon found out that it wasn't for me.

Looking at vertical smokers. most likely a propane masterbuilt regardless of all the mods that are needed.

I guess my first question if it is allowed in the forum is, what is the purpose of the dual burner vs single burners in vertical smokers.

thanks,

Delearyous

Delearyous, welcome to SMF!  Post your question over in the propane section (if you haven't already) and you'll get a better response there.  Roll call is pretty much folks just saying "hello!"

The Weber WSM is a great vertical smoker too, if you are so inclined toward charcoal.  Easy peasy to use and great results.

Have fun!
