I'm Andy and I have been smoking for just about a year now when I bought my MES 30. Been using the forums for quite a while for advice and tips which has been very helpful.
I have smoked a couple of pork butts, ribs, turkey and even meatloaf. All has been great so far. Planning on doing two turkey breasts this coming Thursday using one of Jeff's recipes.
Looking forward to learning more and hone my skills through the help of these forums!
