In an effort to try and help folks understand the possibilites of what could possibly be an issue with using fridges / food warmers with polyurethane (foam) insulation, I submit the following pdf.  This is not directly about cooking and polyurethane, but working hot around it. In general some of the most comprehensive information around heat and polyurethane insulation I've found so far.   Every insulation has different properties, some start to see thermal degredation at quite low temperatures.

Your choice!  Too much risk for me.
