I'm putting together a replica of an Afterburner H (converting an old school NBBD to use propane also) and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an adjustable regulator setup.  I've looked at the Bayou Classic and King Kooker options, and looking for feedback on these--or any others--that any of you may have used in builds or conversions like this.  Appreciate any input you may have.

Here is a little video of my propane UDS. I still need to put the counter top on it, but it runs fine. I put one of those electronic starters on it. I used a Mr. Heater safety shutoff valve and Mr. Heater thermocouple, so I wouldn't blow myself up. Better safe than sorry.

I just used my propane UDS today and had no problems maintaining temperatures even in light rain and cold temps. This is the results.
