Hi There,

Just started smoking this summer.  Slowly getting into it.  For my bday I smoked a 13lb brisket which went over well.  I seem to have a knack for wings but its tough to mess them up.  I have also smoked some chickens and plenty of sausage.  I am extremely interested in cold smoking salmon as well as starting to get some pork and ribs in the smoker.

I am looking for info on how to deal with the shoddy thermometer on my Masterbuilt Digital 30" smoker and some recipes for appetizers for Thanksgiving.
