Well I mixed up a rub one part cumin, ancho chili, white pepper,oregano,1.5 part kosher salt. Mixed it up tossed on the csr's ribs overnite, then this morning added a half cup oj and a fresh squeezed lime. It would be nice to have a rotisserie basket for this but I'll stick them on there somehow!

I'll recoat with more rub before they hit the kettle.

On a side note anyone every try this marinade?

Unless I hear some bad reviews I'll be trying it on the Tri tip a little later today.

Looking good b-one!

Thanks Richie, just some shrooms and a squeeze of lime I need to find some cheese for the next time. Maybe cure like bacon would be an interesting idea.

Taco's around my house are taco packet seasoned ground meat, grated cheese, and sour cream.  I'm not a fan,.  I always imagine brisket, butt, fish, and shrooms, peppers.  I add lettuce and tomatoes to my ground meat tacos, but that is as exotic as I get.
