Shot a nice moose last week and had to try a beer can burger. Fried some mushrooms and peppers. Topped with pepper jack cheese and sprinkled some smoked paprika and chipotle chili powder before going into the smoker.
 
Smoked it at 240 for 2 hours in my MES30 using Apple wood. Came out fantastic. The meat was just right.
 
I'm having trouble posting more pics. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Want to show the finished product
 
G57 , looks good -Sorry can't help with pic posting, I can do it on my computer  but not sure of your posting method
