I'm from Phoenix so it's hot here. Bought a new Smoke Hollow propane smoker. Have 3 homemade also. The smoker has 2 burners and to wood chip trays. My problem is I can only use 1 burner at almost on low to hold temp at 225 because of outside temp. The chips hardly ever burn to ash. Could I use pellets in tray with better luck? Also, is it possible to get different size jets for the burners?

Hello, welcome to this great site.

We're glad you're here.

Yep, you can use an Amazen Pellet Smoker

known as an AMNPS, Todd is a sponsor here.

Go up on top to sponsors and he'll be there.

For your burners you can get a needle control

valve from Northern Tool.

Remember pictures of your smokes and

your smokers are good things.

Have fun.
