Hello,

I'm from Minnesota and been smoking for about a year. I have a Brinkman small round charcoal smoker converted to electric with the electric plate. I'm looking for my next smoker and not sure what to do. I want a pellet grill, but I feel they lack the square inches without spending a ton.

I love ribs, brisket flat, pork shoulder and wings. Been experimenting with 1/2 turkeys too.

I look forward to hearing from others in the community.

I'm gonna try the MES 40 and AMNPS combo. I will do some mods to my Brinkmann and hopefully will have better luck with the charcoal. If things go well with the coal, I may look for an upgrade over the Brinkmann in the spring.
