I just signed up after lurking and learning for the last year or so. I recently upgraded from a Masterbuilt electric smoker to an Old Country vertical smokehouse. I seasoned it over the weekend and did some baby backs and pork loins.

Thanks and I look forward to some more great advice, techniques and recipes!
