Looks tasty,any glaze? I suggest some ham and scalloped potatoes with some of it!
 
Injected the ham with a mixture of

1/3 cup grade A maple syrup
2 table spoons brown sugar
And a stick of butter.

The recipe cam from Jeff's news letter. Also brushed some on the ham and did a coating of Jeff's rub.

That looks great I did one on my WSM last year. Just used a piece we had left for Pasta Fagioli Point heading at ya.

Remember to make some soup with that bone

Excuse my lack of knowledge, but what makes it a "double" smoke?
Do you smoke it 2 times?

When you purchase a ham the majority of the time they are smoked from the factory. So when most people cook them they just reheat in the oven. When you use your smoker your double smoking it adding lots of great flavor to it.

I would have never thought of that. It is super simple to see the logic in it, I guess I was too stuck on the mouth watering pics above to allow my brain to function properly

It looks great, I am in a tossup on Turkey Breasts like BDSkelly showed yesterday, a Ham like this one, or a second try on a Brisket
