Lookin for a fairly substantial nutritious and fairly quick week night meal.

LOL, I NEVER use a recipe for soups...just throw it together. So here we go!

I used northern, garbanzo and lima beans plus lots of veggies, potatoes and rotisserie'd the beef sausage. Sure I could have grilled the sausage but it's more fun to watch it spin!

How do you keep the soup on the rotisserie?

Your Soup looks great!  We do something similar with soyrizo. Yeah I know veggie blah blah blah. It's actually quite tasty.

I very rarely use a recipe when making most soups. There are a few that I do though. Mostly because when I make soups its to use up leftovers. I just made a batch of turkey noodle from the leftover turkey breast I spun on the minitisseire lat week.

Wow that looks great.

Much appreciated Brian!
I love beans. I love sausage. Looks like the perfect combination!
Thanks Steve, it is a winning combo!  Sometimes I put ground Italian in, that's tasty too.

Perfect for a cool weather meal.

It's getting to be that time of year again.

Nice job!

Al
Thanks!

It sure is that time of year Al...I'm already raking leaves!

Richie I soaked the northern which were most of the beans and just used canned for the garbanzo and lima beans.  The soup I just smoked and simmered over the fire for a hour or two until the potatoes and carrots were tender.
