We're not all vegans out here. There are a few carnivores in the Seattle area.
I'm a long-time 'griller' who's dabbled in smoking meat here & there, but am ready to really dig into it more.
Just bought a Dyna-Glo vertical offset charcoal-burner.
Used it once so far and loved it (photo attached). Held a perfect 225F for hours (dumb luck, I guess).
Look forward to learning a thing or two from the wealth of knowledge you all have.
Already planning on some mods to this smoker.
