Ok, so I don't have a rotisserie option for the WSM but the Summit turns out some great rotisserie chicken! Starting this out with a quick maple/cherry cold smoke with the AMNTS before firing the heat (yes I'm aware of the 4 hr rule):

Took the easy way out with a McCormick's rub for rotisserie chicken:

I promised the kids this wouldn't be on the smoker but grilled
