Im really frustrated. It has been 6 times that I tried logging in and have had to reset my info. What's going on?
I recorded my log in info each time so I know I'm using the correct log in info. What the heck?

You sure you're not in private browsing mode? Or have your browser set to not accept cookies? I have mine set to not remember anything, and I have to log in every time. The info is stored on your computer, not the site. Another possibly is that someone is using your computer and clearing the browser history and cache when they're done. Have any teenage boys in the house by chance? :)

I'm actually using the app on my phone. But I never thought of that, I do clear the cache and browsing history regularly.
