Been about a week since I fired up my smoker, It was a nice cool morning and Baby Backs were on sale.
I had a Pork but that had been defrosting in the fridge so I decide to cut it in half and cure one half (Pop's Brine) and make some pulled pork with the other half.
Butt (1/2 butt) went on about 9:00 AM Ribs and Beans on at noon
Wrapped the butt about 2:00 PM, ribs at 3:00 PM and pulled the beans off
Just took a couple of after the smoke pics Figured everybody was tired of Start to finish pics,
