New Build. Old restaurant convection oven.

My restaurant asked me dto throw away an old convection oven. (I had another ideaa)
I took it straight home.
Single oven on counter height rolling legs.
Still has the doors and the racks.
Has anyone done a build like this before?
Hoping to do propane, will settle for electric
