Nothing like seeing meat spin over a clean burning wood fire.  If you haven't done then you need to and if you have then you need to do it more often! lol

Seasoned SPG, olive oil and good old fashion oak fire n smoke.  Made gravy with the juices so open face sammies with gravy later. YUM!
