Good morning gents,

After stalking turkey threads for the past 7 days I was ready to give it a shot. I brined and prepped my turkey this week. (Along with some smoked jalapeno and cream cheese filled meatballs, but thats a different story)

I have had the bird on for a few hours now, and there is quite a bit of juices/and or moisture built up in the cavity. My concern is that this could potentially be contaminated and not heated properly to kill all bacteria, is this something I should be worried about? Does it need to be drained mid cook? (I have attached a picture below)

Any help would be much appreciated!
