Hello. I'm a novice smoker but thoroughly enjoy it. I have a standup electric smoker and a Webber smokers as well. So far my experience covers ribs, brisket, pork butt, bacon... All in the electric and chicken, salmon, duck, and rabbit in the Webber. Looking to learn a lot here and have great eats along the way.
