Har, Bear! As I say in the title, it is all your fault. Your post as much as anything kept me going in smoking as I hadn't had much success until I tried it. So anything I do is your fault. Well, in smoking anyway.

I deboned the unnetted butt so that I wouldn't have to inject it with cure, the small netted butt had no bone in it. I would leave the bone in and inject next time just to be different. I am looking for green hams. I can get them from my sisters butcher but I have to buy it in lots of 6 I don't have room for that many.
