Not doing smoked fish this time, but u thought I would share the idea.

BC Sockeye fillets


Topped with sour cream , Parmigiano, Dijon mustard.


Baked


This is a keeper.

Thank you Al. I am not a fan of sweet salmon...this is how I love it (savory sauce/topping)

Looks tasty! Mayo makes a good salmon top coat too.
