Hello Fellow Smokers!
Gary Jones here in Blanchester, Ohio....just outside of Cincinnati. Just found the forum and thought I'd see what tid bits I could lean here from the experts.
I've been smoking with a Camp Chef Smoke Vault (the vertical works for me with limited space) and I just picked up a Traeger Portable for the camper...
Today's menu was a turkey breast and a pork roast...I have my own favorite rubs but if you have a favorite for Chicken/Turkey...still looking for a good one that isn't all salt.
