I'm new to smoking so I'm eager to learn. I purchased a Smokin-It model 100 and did my first operation last weekend with baby back ribs. They turned out good but I know I can do better. I'm going for a beef roast this weekend so I'm looking for all recommendations.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a hot first day of fall  here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Use the Search to find advice on your cut and method of smoke with beef. You will find a lot for your first smoke. Then post a few photos and tell what you did and you will get a lot of great advice. I know from experience.
