Brats or sausage
Burnt ends-initial cook at home but then do the final cook with sauce at work.

Chipotle, potato, and cheese pie, with a bacon crust...
No need to pound anything. At 275° you can get a whole chicken done in less than 4 hours. A spatched chicken done in around 2-2 1/2 hours. Same goes for chicken wings or chicken parts.

Tri-tip is my go-to fast cook. I'm doing tri-tip tomorrow on my GMG davey crocket for the crew at work (local grocery store has choice grade on sale for 2.99/lb). I would consider burgers, splatch chicken, ribs, pork chops, turkey legs, chicken thighs, or chicken wings
