Well game is on smoker is on time to smoke ribs again. This time I am trying something different. I bought small fatter ribs plus I will not use the brown sugar so the wife can enjoy them. She helped peel the fat off the back. I spiced and placed. A few start shots now will post photos of the finished ones. Also will be grilling steaks and few other things like Kalbee (Korean flat ribs)
