Hey all, had some loin CSR's in the freezer that needed used up & the garden has been kickin out tomatoes & green bell peppers... Also had some pineapple, onions & such that needed used up.. So we thought some fire roasted salsa sounded good !

So set up the kettle/vortex with some KBB & started the pineapple, tomatoes & bell pepper !

After these were done, the wife worked on the salsa & some broccoli salad...

I tossed the CSR's on, half seasoned with Pig's Ass Rub & half seasoned with Owen's Wing Seasoning ! No on the grill pics, but here they are after I pulled em !

Let the CSR's rest for a few minutes... Salsa & broccoli salad is done !

Time to eat !

Was a tasty meal, we really enjoyed it !

Thanks for lookin all !

Thanks Bear, we usually try to team up on dinner especially on the weekends ! I have to fire up the smoker on the weekends to keep my sanity !

Appreciate the point too !

Were those CSR's as tender and jucy as they look? I have tryed all sorts of things to get them to that tender jucy stage and sometimes I do. Like the last ones I smoked were bone in and I brined them. They were OK but not great. Is ther something I can do to make every CSR smoke consistsnt?

That looks great, I could go for some right now  ------
