Hello Guys & Gal's! I'm an Air Traffic Controller living in Warrenton VA and just made my first true smoker purchase this morning. Oklahoma Joe Longhorn from Wal-Mart for $261.75. Regular price $449, I couldn't resist so now I'm part of the smoking family [emoji]128556[/emoji]! I look forward to seeing some good bbq and producing some of my own. I've read a lot here on modifications I can make to my smoker to increase its efficiency so that should put me ahead of the curve. Thanks for all the info you all provide, it's truly remarkable.
