Smoked a bottom round roast with some hickory till 125 let rest for 20 min then shaved it on the slicer and into McCormick ajus. They were great! Hope the picture went through. First time trying to upload pics.
 
Thanks SmokinAl! It was delicious! Today's plan is to smoke a chuck roast and pull it with some peppers for sammys!
